So I have been here on the island of oahu for the past few months and for the first time the Tsunami alarms went off. I must admit It made me a little bit nervous especially after watching the news of the things happening in Japan. Hawaiian government officials were giving warnings to all the people here on the island and telling us to get to higher ground. I was thinking you know if the tsunami hits the north shore we'll be toast. We are on higher ground but who really knows how powerful it will be? I have been watching the news over the past few days and my heart seriously aches for the people of Japan right now. I realized how lucky we are to just have escaped that kind of a disaster. The tsunami didn't really do any damage to Our island but people have surely been affected. My thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Japan...

I'll try and add some video of everything later. To say the least the tour was amazing. Memories I'll never forget and cities i'll never forget either. Probably the best part of it all for me was realizing how many amazing fans Yo Gabba Gabba has out there. It alway amazed me to see Moms and Dads full on decked out as characters of the show. The love and excitement they had for each other. Its rad to see every kind of kid and parent and grandparent uncle auntie you name it come out to the show and enjoy themselves as much as they do. I will never take that for granted. Gabba Fans are the ultimate awesome. I dont think the average joe knows how much committment it takes just to get kids to sit through a performance let alone wait for it to start. I'm truly truly stoked on everyone who came out.. All of them completely worth it.

So now that the tour is over. I've been faced with the realization that i'm gonna need to do something with the time I have off. What most people may not know is that the entertainment business is quite fickle. Just when you think you are on top of the world you are brought back to reality when production stops and your stuck looking for your next Job. That seems to have been the way it has been for me. I think thats how it is for everyone who is really trying to break into the entertainment world. But i guess that is just how life is right. Out with the old and in with the new. Also being away from my family that long forced me to think a lot about what types of things really matter to me personally. I love love love to entertain, I would say it is a huge part of what makes me, me, but Often times i'd be on the bus thinking to myself how much of this is worth being away from my family... I'm loving this but.. would i love it more if they were with me??? Of course... Could I do this over and over?...Probably, but maybe not if it put too much strain on my relationship with my family. Afterall it is.. work.. and work is work all the same. I came to the conclusion that for me... being with my family is much more worth chasing after a dream i'd have to chase alone. I'd much rather have them aboard chasing my dreams with me. So after much thought and dare I say prayer and supplication we made the decision to go back to school. Yup we moved the day before New years Eve and Moved in a Big way. We're in Hawaii and I'm Attending Brigham Young University Hawaii. As soon as i got back from Tour we spent every min. preparing to go. We got our car shipped check, our records changed check, and had christmas check!!! Sharla was staying and the Harry Schultz house and thanks to Harry and Nancy we were able to get everything moved out and into storage before we left. I guess it all started when before I left on tour I got an Associates Degree from Fullerton College, So I figured why not go for the Gusto and try for a Bachelors Degree. I filled out a few applications and we settled on this one and while I was on tour I got the acceptance letter. I won't lie, I'm freakin nervous. I'm 30yrs old, Married, in a career and I'm going back to school. I feel like i'm going into a black hole and I don't really know what to expect. Since Highschool I would say that school hasn't really been my forte. Don't get me wrong I enjoy certain aspects about it... like the classes I do well in or the social aspects of college, but I've never done well in some subjects and i think that has always kinda put a damper on schooling as a whole for me. This year I'm trying not to let it get to me. I WILL CONQUER!!! Anyways welcome to my real life again... I'll some more later. for now its time for sleepy nigh nigh..

Today was an amazing day.. Atlanta was a cool spot. We did alot here 4 shows at the fox.

2 biz shows.. and We stayed at an amazing hotel. The Georgian Terrace. The place was dope... it was a full on suite with a full kitchen, walk in closet and even a regular sized refridgerator. The room was dope did i already say that. Anyway I'm gonna post up some video's to show you what i mean but it's gonna take a day or so to get all the video's uploaded. Greensborough North Carolina...

To be honest in this city we woke up at the venue and then left from the venue and the only thing I got to do other than the show was take a walk to the Local Sonic. I was good..

I had one of them french fry burrito's.. MMM. Yeah so that was kinda crazy Our guests were leslie hall and Do It the dancer so of course it was good. and soon enough we were on our way to the next city. Charlotte.

Charlotte NC...

Charlotte is a really nice little town. I would even entertain the thought of living in Charlotte. Its super clean the houses are Nice and the hotel was great. We stayed at the Marriot. I woke up in a bed there and I went to church. Yep that was cool cuz it was the same Ward building that Harrison Schultz is staying at. The show went well and we were off in a jiffy

Birmingham AL

We went to the zoo for joshes birthday and stayed up past our bed time.. The show was cool and The worsties joined us for a bit. That was cool cause My good buddy Chad Provoncha is thier manager.. Good stuff

Nashville, TN

We really didn't get a chance to stay in Nashville at all we basically got a room at the Extended stay outside of town and went straight to the venue. Worsties did the show again and it was fun but i really wish we could have stayed and explored abit more..

On to Atlanta..

Atlanta was alot of fun. We slept in the bus and pulled in around 10 am but the Hotel Wouldn't let us into our rooms till 3pm so we basically had the day to roam around the city except that I had to go and do press at the Atlanta Aquarium. That a really fun experience we got to do the press and then tour the aquarium. Did you know that it is the only aquarium in the west where you are guaranteed to see whale sharks... No joke! I saw one.. Anyway the day went well and we had a good time at the aquarium.. Later that night we went to a few shows one of which was freakin awesome it was at the Masquerade and we saw Mayor Hawthorne, Really good show. I think i'm a genuine fan now. Then we shuttled over to the other side of town where we struggled our way into a Biz show. it was crazy. people everywhere at the w hotel. Oh btw our hotel was super nice in atlanta it was the Georgian Terrace, super nice and awesome to stay at It was a full on suite with washer and dryer included in the room. Awesome.. The next day we had off as well and so we all went to another biz show that ended up being just as crazy. But we all got in.. Okay now for the Shows, by far the most fun for me.. Our guests were amazing we had The drive by truckers, Arrested Development, Zac Brown Band, and Jack Mc Brayer and Paul Sheer as Dancy Dancers, TI came out to the show we were graced with other atlanta elitists Paul walker was in our hotel. One time sharla sat next to him on a plane haha funny business. to sum it up atlanta was great!

Jacksonville FL

Its a peaceful city kinda quiet and super mellow. Cool though we caught the water taxi to the Jackson ville landing and ate and had a good time. highlight for me was that we got to go to the Carrie Underwood concert while we were there.. Very cool and alot of fun. I like country dont hate.. It was a good time in Jacksonville, I spent the majority of it recording and trying to get vocals done for the Brobee Vans Comercial Spots yep did it in the hotel, then i also got hit up to do the production for the song that the roots wanted for an HBO series coming out next summer should be cool. Show was great Guests there were The Sun Bears and Black kids both of which have been freinds of Gabba for a while.. I was really excited for our next city

Orlando Florida

cause we had the day off in orlando and we all were able to go to disney world because some of the cast were still employed by disney.. Crazy.. It was a fun day I went to all the parks and got on about 13 rides not bad for a disney day.. I also saw captain EO for the first time. Good stuff..

Miami Fl

I woke up on the bus in Miami and when i stepped out i was like HOLY HUMID its like HAWAII!! Miami was Hott!!! and it was Halloween. We did a fabulous show and the guests were great Brazzillian Girls and Another guy i can't remember, and then we went to south beach for some Halloween Festivities, I probably wont ever do that again it was the middle of the night and it was so hot that i could barely stand it and i was already half naked.. Oh well. It was alot of fun to hang with the cast while everyone was less stressed about the shows..

at about 11am it was cool, i got alot of work done since it was another day off, and so we chilled all day and i did paperwork. By the end of the off day i was pooped.. So the following day was the show and it was great especially because my good buddy derrek came out to the show whom i hadn't seen in about 14 years. It was good to see him. That was pretty much the Highlight of the show for me.. We left South Carolina and our guest was Adam from taking back sunday... Cool and good to see him again. From there we skipped on over to

Knoxville Tennesee

Where the worsties joined us again at the tennesee theatre and we did a quick yet fullfilling show there. I was asleep for most of the day trying to catch up on the hours i missed from days before...

To Tulsa Oklahoma where we are only mins. away from our only show here. Nice..

We had the day off yesterday and we scored dinner at the grill lots of fun and people went skating at the local rink and then hung out the local arcade. Funny but relaxing I on the other hand went swimming in the heated pool. Whats Crazy is that we have just went from super Hott weather to super cold weather in a matter of hours and now my body is all jacked up.. Oh well talk to you tomorrow. I only have two more days before i get to see my Sweet lady and handsome son!! I'm counting down the HOurs till SLC>>

Waking on the BUs

Its official i'm now used to being on the bus.. I mean I slept until it was light outside today. Yup it was like 8am when i woke up.. no kidding.. When I arose today I put on my clothes and back pack and made my way outside it was sunshiny and I realized we were at the Venue already! Craziness. I slept through the night. So here we were in Greensborough NC. I knew we had officially entered the south though because when i walked into the Venue all the locals had an unmistakable southern drawl. Yup we were in Carolina. I like it. People are pleasant, the weather is nice and the venue had an awesome shower.. I think it was called the War Memorial Auditorium in Greensborough.

Cool Venue and the people went crazy!!! It was a great city and it even ended with a nice little trip to Sonic.. Man I miss my family right now.. love you Sharla. and Cooper. On to Charlotte

Richmond Virginia

I wasn't all that impressed with Richmond... It was alright but so far that has been my least favorite city.. I even liked Detroit way more than that place.. I even felt safer in Detroit... I will say that the people at the show were cool though Oh and the hotel was nice... When we pulled in it was raining and our rooms were'nt ready so we chilled on the bus till we could get into the rooms.. Then for our day off just kinda chilled in the room. I wrote a song.. Oh maybe i'll show it to ya... Anyways later on that night we went to Sticky rice had some fun and then came back to the hotel.. The next day we basically slept in and loafed around until it was time to go to the venue only I went for a walk around the local area and I almost got jumped by some crazy dudes it wasn't fun.. Anyways I'm glad to be getting outta richmond lets go to Greensborough NC... I'll gladly be gone..

Hey yall Its Been Too Long!!!

Hi! Okay so its about an hour before show Time and i just realized something. I'm a slacker!!! I've been puttin off writing for the Past few weeks cause once i stop its hard to get the momentum going again.. I know i know I shouldn't do that but the weeks were insane crazy fun.. After Pittsburgh we took off to NYC. Yup!!! and I was so excited... Not so much for the Radio city Shows but for My Family!!! Yay I get to see them again... So as soon as we pulled in to the hotel i put my bags in my room and ran off to go meet sharla and cooper.. Oh my heavens my poor wife walked all the way from 34th to 53rd street with her bags and my baby.. I cant believe how amazing this woman is.. It was a little rainy too but i tell you this I have never seen anything more beautiful in my life.. She's still the most beautiful woman i know.. Even more so that she did that too.. Anyways.. New York went by like a whirlwind.. With all the excitement of my family combined with NYC and the Radio City Theatre. It all went by way too fast... This is pretty awesome too. We broke the record for most sold out shows in two days at the hall.. It was amazing.. Our guests were cool too. Here watch the videos..

That town was way cool. I think it gets a bad rap.. It was totally safe and I had a ball.. Did you know you can catch the people mover for only 50 cents best money i've spent this whole trip Here is the video.. We played at the fox theater and it was crazy awesome.. Oh and Big ups to Don McDougall over at the Hard Rock Cafe Detroit..

It was awesome aside from the 70 dollar cab right to the mall and back. It was cool though because I spent most of the day finishing up Voice work and Recording Biz Marke for a super secret cool thing.. I'll just say it will be dope.. Indianapolis was pretty cause for the most part the sun was shining and the town is super mellow. We stayed across the street from the NCAA headquarters which is also right next to the Zoo. The Venue was the Murat Nice little ditty but you know how it is..

Pittsburgh PA

STEEL CITY is what they call it.. It was raining all day today. When we pulled up to the venue we parked about a block away under a parking structure and whe i woke up I was so turned around.. I didn't really know where i was and you know I was kinda going through the whole where am i type of thing.. The day went by kinda fast for me though and before i knew it we were on the road again... So I had to catch the train from Boston to Rhode Island since i spent the day with my family in Boston on Monday. and Rhode Island tuesday was real cool.. The people were awesome the venue was nice. Of course the town and city was real pretty New England Like. and The shows went over real well. Last night we had to drive here to Connecticut and we made it in like two and a half hours. Stayed at the Sheraton and then came out here to rock the Oakdale Theatre here in Wallingford. It was two sold out shows and the place went off.. I know it's really general but i got to get to the bus we have a long drive ahead of us to Pittsburgh and the to NY City. Radio City is gonna go offfffffff!!!! Any way.. much love

Wahoo.. Wow what a crazy few days it has been. So crazy in fact that i have been slacking off writing. Sorry bout that...I'm not sure if its just me me but I feel like every time i stop writing its a huge effort to begin again and then i think of all the stories i forgot to write and feel guilty about not getting to all of them in my summary updates So i'll try and be detailed but i think the videos do a better job of summing things up.. Maine was a beautiful place. At least on my bus ride. The downtown area was pretty much just another city but it had some super cool parts about it. The historical society and the big statue in the middle of town. It was cool i guess i think i was just getting anxious to get to boston. Heres why... We got into to Boston around midnight so i went right to bed I woke up at about 3:30 am and took a cab to the Airport. There i waited excitedly for my Beautiful wife and handsome son to make it to the airport terminal at 5:50 am. I was sooooooo dang excited i could barely contain my self. When they came off the plane i was just so happy my wife Sharla looked so amazing with my son in hand i was overwhelmed. I don't think she knew it though since i was still trying to figure out how to get back to the taxi line to get back to the hotel. She is such an amazing person. The whole month she has been taking care of Cooper and since she brought him i've realized what a challenging handful he actually is.. He is awesome just a little rambunctious.. The time we spent together went by way too fast and i think (i'll admit it) I was kind of a douche bag to Sharla on the second day so sorry honey I love you!!! Um the boston crowds went off and i guess they were the best crowd for merchandise as well. after both performance days i was finally able to have 1 full day with my family. We spent time with my freind Cole who is trying to finish at Harvard. then went around hawvawd yawd and stuff. It was cool. We spent the rest of the Day doing touristy stuff and finally ended with dinner at another friends house.. Thanks TJ and Maren Oslund. They're also letting sharla stay at their place while we wait to meet up in NY. Cooper is growing up so fast he's calling me Daddy now!! It freakin melts my heart to pieces and he gives me hugs and kisses like a real little boy too. Its amazing how fast the time has flown by. I feel like i might be missing alot of really great little things that he's doing. I guess i just have to make sure to bring home the bacon. ya know hopefully the rest of the tour will not be too straining on them...Anyways I guess i'll the the video do the talking...

Holy Cow all I have to say is how freakin awesome it was to be back in the USA for the shows.. Seriously if i can credit the USA for something its that the audience always knows how to do it right!!! I love America!!! Both shows went off today and seriously was a great time. The Mates of State Joined us as well as a Radio Guy from 100 fm. Rochester. The fans were here and they really gave us a warm welcome back into the states.. I know I'm happy to be here. Anyways tomorrow off to Burlington Vermont!!

The sun woke me up this morning. It shone through the windows of the hotel Room. I got my own room last night when we got to rochester at about 1am. We mosey'''ed up to our rooms and i was stoked to see that it was a big ole suite. All to my self.. So yeah naturally fell asleep fast and i let the sun wake me. When i awoke i was immediately on my way to the enterprise rent a car with Julia. We got there at about 9am only to discover that we couldn't rent from them because we didn't have a plane itinerary. LAME... it was really lame but it all worked out because we found one available from hertz. (better rental) And then we spent the most amazing day in Palmyra. I've always wanted to visit palmyra. Ever since i was a little boy i can remember wanting to visit the site of the sacred grove and to be honest it was just as i imagined it would be and the spirit was so strong. There is a special spirit all around those sites.. I felt it strong. Julia came with so it was nice to speak with someone about how fun it was to be there. She'd never been either so for us it was a great day in Palmyra.. While we were there we met Sister Jessica Maughan from Fullerton, she was friends with the Lambs and the Mclaughns so i told her we'd relay a hello for her.. After we spent the day touring church history sites and being reminded of our testimonies we took off back for the hotel wherein Jules and I got lost twice on the freeway. (That was crazy.) But we made it in time to head for the John Harper BBQ. It was really great fun because it was finnally a real evening of fun together where everyone was having a genuinely good time.. We all ate well bbq corn, etc etc and I also made a fire just to see if i still had it. Of course naturally we ate smores and told stories, it was a great time...I wish we had more time here. But on with the show. Tomorrow we perform here I'll let you know how it goes..

Sunday---MORning Day 35
We pulled into the Ottawa venue parking lot last night around 3am and then stayed on the bus to finish sleeping. Its a beautiful sunday morning I mean really nice. The sky is blue and the sun is out. I feel like this whole canadian run aside from winnipeg and london has been grey sky...I got in trouble today for sleeping in the front lounge to many times. and being late to the morning meeting too many times. I guess i better work on it aye.. Oh well i'm excited to get back to the states tomorrow. Rochester will be the next stop. Its been a crazy sunday. The ottawa crowd was definately cool and the shows went really well. Met a lot of cool people today. The bus is kinda having a little bit of issues.. The sink keeps backing up and it smells really funky like for real funky pee pee pee and poopsies too. Man i hope it gets fixed. I'm excited for tomorrow. We reserved a rental and are gonna gonna go check out palmyra and the hill cumorah. It's gonna be awesome. The sacred grove as well. I'm just really stoked to be able to do stuff like this on a trip like this. I've always wanted to visit Palmyra. We'll let you know..

34--Show Day in London and on to the Ottawa

We had a good day off yesterday.

Today---same old work day we got to the venue around noon and did the run through. I was excited about the show and i guess the past couple of shows we havn't really performed in. Oh and last night Josh had a freind over so i opted out of our room to give his friend the space to sleep. Don't worry i got friends with space in their rooms to let me do my 3 s's and i figure there is always the bus too. It was cool I dit in sweat it. Any ways the shows were great the arena was well an arena and the catering was catering. What i wouldn't give for some of my wife's home cooking right now. I have eaten so unhealthy since i've been on tour i'll probably have a heart attack. I should probably do something about that. After the show we stopped at the old Wal-Mart and I stocked up on soup and ramen noodles as well as junk food to pass the time. and the ride to Ottawa began.

Today i learned that Londoners or actually Canadians for the most part, are super chatty. Yeah Aye! Most of them or at least the ones i've met have totally been super friendly and super open like today for example i met this dude out of the blue and the conversation went like this:

Any way you get the picture. Most of the Canadians i've met are totally okay with filling me in about the details of their lives and are super chatty. Thats kinda how its been here in London Ontario. we got in early so we weren't able to check into the hotel till later so Cedrick Jason and I basically went all over the city in search of Breakfast. We found some after about an hour and a half later but it was worth the walk. We ate at a little sports grill that was good for breakfast. I was happy with it anyway. We basically had another day off so i spent it roaming around on the bus. I find that its the best way to get to know the locals.. LOL. So yeah i spent the day roaming until about six pm when i went over to the local park and enjoyed the Lola Fest which is londons music festival. It was cool and it was free..

Day 31--Day OFF in MILLWAUKEEEEEE!!!

Antother all night ride last night. Crazy thing i slept until ten o'clock on the bus and we still were moving. We didn't pull into the hotel till about noon. Crazy. On days off like this we do whats called a day stay and we stay in the city for the day while the bus drivers get some sleep and rest. Basically we all kick it in the city and we only get like two or three hotel rooms for the three s's that we have to take care of. Basically its like two rooms for guys and two rooms for girls. So we all share and try to take care of all of our business in a few rooms. Its chill though because i think i'm really the only one who kicks it in the room. I have found that its alot more chill and i spend alot less money if i just do my own thing. Its Especially good when i'm trying to save up my per diem.. Today i also did laundry and just you know everything that doesn't really eer get done..I think i'm gonna go look for a new bag to carry all my shiz.. Hopefully i'll find something. Alright cool talk to ya tomorrow.. I think we'll be in London...Ontario Canada that is... We'll see you there..

Day 30 Manitoba Winnipeg- I found a Skatepark

Oh yes!!!! Thats right. Today was in winnepeg and I found a skatepark!!! Woohoo! Its the same spot on the Tony Hawk Secret Skate Park Tour Video. Very cool. I was so stoked i spent the day there sorry no super great details other than the park is fun super rad. It had a street course and a bowl here watch the video. Winnipeg people were good to us too. Day 29 REGINA-TURNing Lemons Into LEMONDADE

So today we I feel like we turned what could have been a bummer situation into an awesome fun experience for gabba kids in Regina. Unfortunately we weren't able to do a full on show so we through a gabba party instead. It was a lot of fun and the people of Regina were super cool about it. We pulled in at about 8am and got a Day room at the Regina Hotel. Regina is not that big of a town so the Recreational aspect was lacking but not just because of that but it was raining as well so the Majority of the day was spent in the Hotel Room. When we started the party we basically put a mini show together at the venue and allowed all the attendees to meet and greet with the characters. Everyone got to meet Biz and the salteens and got to chill out with the characters as well. We had a snow cone and popcorn machine, Healthy foods for kids and the whole tour pitched in to make things work it was great man.. Really nice..Heres the video.. Dude i slept through the night. Woohoo! I think its cause i stole Biz's Bunk though... You see Him and cool V are gone for a couple nights doing the club circuit so that means his bunk is free. YAHOO!!! So you know, me being an opportunist and all... Well, I took the bunk... let me show you why.. See this is

So needless to say. I got a good nights rest on the bus last night. When i woke up we were already back in Calgary. I slept so good i didn't even know we got to the hotel. First thing was first though, i went into the hotel took a shower got ready and then caught the public transportation to the other Sandman Hotel in Downtown Calgary.Despite the drizzly weather and the long waiting in wet conditions, It was overall a smooth and easy process to catch a ride downtown and for the most part really relaxing. First, I caught a city bus, then I caught the C train (N)Bound into the city and it let off right where the hotel was. I picked up my mac 60watt power cord and set off back to the hotel near the air port. It was fun. One thing i love about public transportation is of course the price but also that there are always really interesting people on the public transportation and each one has some sort of crazy story. Today this girl went off about how she was from the country and trying to get used to the city and was nervous for an interview and such and such too much to spout off in a blog... but it did make the ride more interesting. Oh and I thought of something as i always do when taking the bus. Someone should write a book about what to remember when taking public transportation. Here are a few things i came up with.

1. Never rest your head on the window. Unless you want to share hair greese with a stranger/s who leaned their head/s up on the window before you did...

I don't know how many times i've seen the nastiest hair greese caked to the window of a bus or train.

2. Antibacterial Hand Sanitizer is a must

pretty much self explanitory

3. If you sit in the middle section your more likely to avoid awkward situations.

The Back is usually where the teens sit and the front is usually where the wino's and drunkees sit. Don't know why its that way, it just seems to be that way on all the bus's I've ever taken. I once had a happy old drunk man slobber on me. Funny but kinda gross... The other thing about the middle is that its easy access to the back exit and makes for a quick getaway.

4. Hold your breath if its not too far.

Alot of times bus's and trains have weird smells. Its kinda like the smell of old man scalp and mildew.

5. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

There have been many a times when i've ended up on the wrong side of town because i thought i could just figure out where i was going. Don't be so bashful just ask...

So there you have it five PT Tips for you and yours...

Okay so when i got back to the Hotel I pretty much just chilled all day. Since it was kind of a day off we all just spent the day maxin and relaxin. I went to ikea oh and i got my computer all charged up thankfully I got to talk to sharla and cooper. I miss them... Some went bowling some went out to eat. I went to walmart and got some goodies.. All in all good Day.

Day 27 Last day in VanCouver

The weather has kinda taken a turn for the not so good.. It Started raining. So last night i went to Mexico Fest yep Mexico fest in Vancouver Canada..LOL It was raining but people were having fun and getting down to some Rockin Espanol.

I left early though because lately i've been feeling super tired. I fell asleep fast but Woke up bright and early. Even went to church at the Vancouver 1st ward. It was cool but the taxi ride was kinda expensive i spent 40 bucks in all to get there and back, but it was worth it. I love, that no matter where i am there is always a ward i can get to. I got back to the hotel and sadly packed my bags to prepare for the ride ahead. We are leaving and tonight we go back to Calgary, but only to pitstop for the day cuz its on our way to Regina. This morning during our meeting Susan explained that we would be canceling the actual show in Regina but that we would still be putting on a Party for the people who bought tickets. Its a bummer but i think alot of the cast are okay with it given the schedule has been so busy. I would always rather be doing the show but I suppose that the party will have to suffice. The tour is moving along quite smoothly and the shows today went really really well for our last day here in Vancouver... Our dancey dancer was none other than

LOU DIAMOND PHILLIPS! That guy was freaking awesome. He and his family were just so dang cool and were super down to earth and extremely friendly. We found out that we got super lucky because Stargate Universe shoots in Vancouver and that is how were were able to get him on the live show...

His wife Yvonne super awesome as well. They were so gracious that they even invited us to Zubees afterwards for some after work socializing... I can't say enough positive things about them and I would definately add them to the list of Nicest most sincere (Real as in genuwine) celebs...

Also we have been touring for the past week with the Band "The Salteens"

Day 26 vancouver days

Okay so there is definately something to be said about Vancouver it's a great town. I'm super glad that we got to stay here for two days. As far as the performances go the crowds were super stoked on them. We have been recieved super well. It cool because every city we've seen so far has been totally awesome and the rEsponses have been amaZing. Iwill admit though I miss my wife and son right now. I gueess that today she had agarage sale to get rid of all our big junk before we move. Shehas beenso amazing since I be been gone. She has had the undaunting job of mommy and moving specialist and teacher and worker since I've been gone but has pulled it off with poise in a nut shell I'm a lucky man. Today we did the first two of four shows in Vancouver bc and it was a great time our dancer dance guest was Craig from the Canadian band the odds. He was super cool the shows were awesome. After words I went back to the hotel and ate some dinner now I"m sleepy. I also have to give a shout out to Ryan and heather Williams. Thank you guys I couldn't be blessed with
better friends. Thank you guys for taking care of my family and coming thru in so many ways.

Day 25 Vancouver bound

We drove all night last night and despite the bumps and curves and swerves I still managed to fall asleep. I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of this living on the road thing. We got into vacouver at about nine am and then had the whole rest of the day to do whatever we wanted

That's the best. Dude Vancouver is an awesome town probably cause it feels slot like home. I walked everywhere today from our hotel the renaisance to gas town to china town to the docks. There was definately plenty to see. I also went to the mall and bought a new cord for my lap top but it turns our the hotel in Calgary found it and lucky me we are going back there on Tuesday so now I gotta return this new one and save eighty bucks nice. I took a dip in the pool too it's cool when I actually have time to do that. Okay so I'll post pics in a bit maybe tomorrow for now i'm tired plus tomorrow we actually perform I need my beauty rest lol. Seeya!

Day 24 WELCOME TO CALGARY

We pulled in to the Sandman Hotel

in downtown Calgary at about 1 am last night. I fell asleep fast. Woke up and went out for a run.

Calgary is a cool town. I ran past a sweet little park in the middle of town took a picture and decided to keep going. There's a river that runs on the outskirts of downtown so naturally i ran aside it.

I believe its called the Bow River.

I'm realizing that when i run in the mornings my whole day feels better. Plus its a bonus that every place we come to is new so it all seems beautiful to me. You know when something is brand new its always beautiful. So i ran along the river and enjoyed the peace that comes along with nature and then came to a bridge I crossed it and Soon enough i was on the other side of the river in another more suburban part of town. I like those parts of town better than the city because to me it feels more like home. Plus the quaintness of it was really fun. I ran a little longer and crossed another bridge back into the city. When i got back to the hotel i decided to go for a swim in the hotel pool and exercise a bit. It was good...

Today our show is at a venue that is an exact replica of the one we did the show at last night only it is in southern Alberta (Calgary) instead of Northern (Edmonton)

Woooohoo! Slept good last night and was super ready to begin the day today. Cedrick and i left the Hotel around 10am and caught the bus to the mall. The biggest mall in the world apparently. There is a rollercoaster theme park in it as well as a Water park and Casino and all the regular stores you'd find as well. It was huge. Anyway the Day was great I went to the water park and hit up all the rides i mean that too all of them.. then pranced around the mall all day.. It was fun.. A really good day off. Here is the video.

Day 21 TRAVEL DAY

I almost missed the buss man...The alarm went off but i thought call time was at 11:30am.. So when i got a call from Susan our Travel Manager I was like OH SNAP!! I'm LATE!!! I got all my crap together and was out the door in ten mins. Of course i was the last one but hey i made it man.

The bus took us to the Airport and from there we flew to Toronto. After a thirty min. Layover in Toronto we were back on another plane and on to Edmonton...Both flights were great. I think I really like Air Canada. Watched Movies the whole time and the selection of entertainment they had was really awesome. There was litterally something for everyone on that thing.

We arrived in Alberta at about 2 o'clock and took a 30 min drive into Edmonton the city. Man its a really beautiful city right up on a river. They say its alot like the US but i still feel like i'm in a foreign town. Its kind of a surreal feeling whe your at a sports grill and the people are watching football but its not he NFL and the names are way different. Its almost like living on another frequency. The hotel is the Weston and its super nice. I'm stoked when we get to stay in good hotels.. It sits right on the top of this hill off Jasper ave. and the view is awesome you can see the river and everything..We had the rest of the day to chill and then there was a company cocktail party at Hotel. Overall easy good day and best part is tomorrow is a Day OFF!!! woohoo!!!

Woke up in Montreal today... I was a little outta sorts being another bus night but dang I seriously woke up in another world. We were in Montreal CA.. Everyone Speaks French in Quebec. That was the first major difference. It was actually super cool. The whole city of Montreal felt very nostalgic to me.. To me it felt super clean yet really weird we've gone from extremely hot weather to slightly rigid in a matter of a few hours. I did end up going to church here though. Yep it was a spanish branch but it was cool and i got to see alot of the city because of the taxi ride. The day went by super fast but it was fun. The montreal crowd gave us alot of love and the venue was beautiful. I really like this city they have bikes you can rent all over the city for only 5 bucks a day and the city seems to be super eco freindly. Our smf guest was Kid Koala. and our dancy dancer was Jenn Heil Olympic gold medal skier. They both were super cool people. Nice. The night life was cool too I'll show you on the video thang, Tomorrow we fly to edmonton. Hopefully I dont miss my flight.

Huriicane!!!!Hurircane there is a hurricane.. A storm a brewin. Once again i am in the wonderful confines of my coffin like bunk and am happy to say we are on our way out of the craziest day of tour yet. I stayed up too late last night. Went to a flying lotus show and it was cool but i ended up staying up way too late. It was cool though cause we were with one of the coolest guys on the tour Paddy Scace. He is one of our S2BN affiliates and is seriously an awesome guy. Anyway enough about that. We were lucky today because we boarded the bus at about 11:30 from the best hotel ever.... We stayed at the King Edwards La Meridian in Toronto. We stayed there last year too when we did the show downtown and i loved it then as well. The Rooms are so big...Comfy beds are expecially good and its right in the middle of town so its really nice...Boarding the bus with a late call after a hotel stay is always good because you get a chance to sleep in and actually prepare for the day ahead. Tonight we were not so fortunate. We have to sleep on the bus again but last night was awesome. So after we were loaded onto the bus we headed on over to the venue. It was a super nice venue but weather was horrible. The skys were super grey and the wind was blowing like crazy. Not to mention we were right on the shores of lake ontario so the waves crashing on the rocks made things feel a bit more intimidating. Needless to say a storm was a brewin. It got so windy that lighting rigs began to sway like pendulums and even the balloons couldnt hang the first net balloon holder thing came undone after the wind blew it too hard and balloons went flying an hour before the show even began. It was a true sign of disaster. At first we thought it would be all good and we got ready to do the show and stuff but as the wind picked up it made crew members nervous and they didn't want to continue. So while we were at our "places" call the tour manager bit the bullet and made the final decision to cut the cord on the show and cancel it. They said it was too dangerous and that we needed to take the big overhead lights down as a saftey precaution. When the announcement hit the crowd was bummed. So much so that, they boo'd us for not coming through on the show. felt so bad for susan because she was the one who had to take the fall in front of the people but she and I totally understood. The rest of the day was basically a huge mess, but we pulled it off. I actually think quite well given the circumstances and We did end up doing the second show as planned as well as give a free meet and greet for all the folks whose show got cancelled. It was crazy.... Parents were yelling and getting all crazy. I was like dude settle down. After the dust settled and stuff we went on with the show and every thing went well I was just happy when it was over. Basically everyone pulled together and made the best of our situation. I really felt bad for the production team the tour in general its the worst when you have to cancel a show.
Oh well onwards and upwards. Montreal Here we come!!! Thanks bye bye TORONTO i still love you...

I woke up not so upright today. Something about having the crappiest spot in the bus makes it hard to sleep sometimes. Okay let me tell you why. There is a divider that closes to the back bunks which is a door=hard wood sound proofness... This unfortunately only divides the back twelve bunks and since we are in a fifteem bunk bus there are three more bunks that have been left out of the "Private" Area "Silent zone" So while everyone enjoys their night of silence us three in the front get to deal with the ever so wonderful disadvatages of not being divided from the noise and party and pee pee time. the sucky part is that several times during the night we the unfortunate three are awoken by the sound of steady streams of bodily fluids male and female splashing into the toilet water that is conveniently next to our bunks. Awesome huh. By the end of the four months i'll probably be able to tell you who is in the bathroom based soley by the sound of their urine stream lol. Oh well someone had to take the fall i guess... I seem to be that guy lately. I wont lie it's getting to the point that i'm blogging about it lol...Anyways I woke up a little crooked and cranky because we slept on the bus and the air in my bunk went out. So I was a shwetty mess to say the least lol. So i had to jump off the bus and air out quick. Our show was at the Art Center in Lewiston NY Basically Buffalo Ny, The venue was right on the Niagra River. That was cool. That is one swift river and i guess it also what creates the border between NY and Canada in that neck of the woods. So from our side of the river we could see Canada (The other side of the River) Lol. It was a good time. The Shows today were super good cause even though the audience was small they were still super loud and lovin the show. It was Steel Trains last show with us and they left the leg today we were all bummed cause they were super rad and they're music was really good as well. I guess we are gonna pick up some new Super Music Friends in Canada. The Salteens!!! Yay they're cool too. I remeber doing a couple of shows with them way back in the day when i was in Majestic with Scott Ammon Aaron and Steve those were fun shows.. The Border Crossing into Canada went smoothly too, in fact, we actually ended up signing autographs for the Border Patrolmen's Kids hahaha he was cool and even stamped our passports! Yay my first stamp lol.. Anyway I'm super tired and we are in the same Hotel that we were in the last time we were here in Canada. I'm excited because the rooms are super nice. I got my own room last night smoke was coming through the vents and I started getting a headache so i asked and they hooked me up. I was pretty excited to get some sleep. Did you know that the Holiday inn Express offers a full free continental breakfast. Its true it does. I had it... Now it was especially good if you don't have a refined pallet. Mine is equipt to handle even the weirdest flavors. So you know, i was cool with it... We got to the venue today at about 12 in the afternoon. This was our first arena show on this run and seriously it was awesome. Compared to the heat of the out door shows this one was heavenly. I actually made it through it without feeling like i was going to puke at intermission. So Indoor airconditioning did its job i guess. The shows went really well and really it was just another awesome work day. I ran into some facebook friends and tried to hook them up with front row seats but i guess the people who had the tickets came in late. I felt bad. Sorry guys. The shows were great but ours had a few technical difficulties.

For one brobee got stuck during balloons and to top that off the balloons didn't fall at all. Lol. I guess they got stuck. What a bummer for all those kids I felt bad for them. But some shows have those kinds of Mishaps i guess. Oh also our message therapist joined us today. His name is Thomas he seems cool and of course he worked on everybody today that is except for me. Lol of course right how typical haha i guess i'll get him in the next city.

We at the hotel motel holiday inn... NO for real it was the holiday inn express last night in Albany. No serious thats where
we stayed. I slept right thru my alarm today and awoke to the sweet sound of "House Keepeen! House Keepeen!" Yes i slept till 11:30am and i seriously havent done that since highschool. I slept through two alarms and a wake up call. Crazy aye. I guess I was exhausted. So yes Albany... This is a fun little town our cast got the day off in Albany and the other went to manhatten to film Jimmy Fallon Holy Radness. Yes and the Roots played my song on Jimmy BOOOYAH!! Lovely love in the house. It stoked me out. That was pretty much the peak of the excitement for the day. The majority of it was spent walking around the city ie. the capitol building, lark st, and kicking it with cedrick. He got a Hair cut at True Image Barbershop it was a for real barber shop just like the movie.. After that we went to Lombardo's Italiano restaurant for lunch. All in all...A Great Day. Tomorrow we play the Arena here should be cool..I'll hit you up then with more info...

LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE!!! Wahhoo....We went swimming in a lake today because our gig was right next to it in New Hampshire. The Meadow Brook Amptheater Dang good fun and super rad lake, cold water, and clear all the way to the bottom. So nice to be in a real lake for a change... So i found out that this state's motto is "Live Free or Die" and there is no sales tax on Clothing.. But property tax and food still sky high. HAHA so give and take i guess. So much for being free. Our day off went by too fast yesterday but i was too tired to make it last any longer than midnight, I tried but i was even to tired to blog.

Thats how i knew I was toast. The venue to day was really fun. It sits right next to the lake so of course we all went swimming and it also had a basket ball court and they provided pre stamped post cards for every one to write to folks back home. It was a cool venue. The Day was HOTTT!

It was super hot but i think the pre show swims really helped my body temp to mellow out and i had a rather pleasant show. So the day was spent at the venue and on the lake plus it was also cool because catering was more like a bbq today so it really felt like a summer get together. It good. Tonight we are riding along on the Music Bus instead of the cast bus because the other cast is performing on Jimmy Fallon Tomorrow night. The pics above are from my bunk.. It should be awesome. Plus their bus is only a 12 coach wich means we will all have room While our cast gets the Day off in Albany tomorrow. So while they are workin we are preppin for the Albany show. Should be cool I'm glad ill get my own room tonight and I'm kinda stoked to be crusin in a nice bus too.. We stopped at a grocery store too. Ramen is my friend.

It was one of those nights last night. We left philly at about 9pm and drove pretty much all through the night. Stopping only for a WAWAH's break and on to New Hampshire. We pulled into our hotel about 4:30am and since i was having trouble sleeping anyway I was already awake and ready to exit. I got all my stuff into the room first today. Everyone else on the bus slept for a bit longer...But i was up already and ready to go. It was our DAYOFF!!! SO, I decided to go do laundry so i found a twenty four hour spot called suds. It was about a mile and half from where we are staying but it was an easy walk. The day was actually super mellow. We checked out the local mall went to the bank and then just kinda chilled until dinner. Before leaving for dinner we decided to go and hit up the merrimack river and jump in. The river wasn't too cold but there were some scary looking things floating in it. Oh well who cares we jumped in anyway.. It was fun... Then we debacterialized in the Hotel Hot tub for a little while and i made some old ladies mad at me for splashing in the pool before we actually did go get ready for dinner. Dinner was at a mexican restaurant that was actually really good. The service was super slow but the food was super tastey. Then a few families some how found out we were with the shows and freaked out about the show that was fun they were super cool people too. All in all the day went great and i now i can barely no seriously barely keep my eyes open... Sooooo good night..

Do you remember the Movie Rocky? Yeah dog I did that rocky run today...Stairs and all. We arrived in Philly last night at around 1:30 am. We stayed at the double tree on broad street Ave. of the arts.. It was so awesome. The hotel was NOT ghetto. It had really nice sheets, you know the kind of sheets that make you feel all rich and stuff... The pillows were down--fluffy the bed was soft and the room was super spacious. Needless to say I zonked out.. Really fast...

When we woke up josh and I decided to do the Rocky Run and we did it man did the whole mile and a half. lol... We also stopped in at one of the most world famous skate spots ever (really the only place i wanted to see) Love Park... So my day was fulfilled. We also hit up a few spots down town really quick since our call time was 11:30 am (we had to hurry.) I hit up the Yogurt shop and then ran back to the hotel to make it on time for the bus. I made it but

and the bus left with out him. I wont lie it was kinda funny cause he called me and was like wheres the bus and i was like dude you missed it you gotta catch a cab and he was like oh crap man what am i gonna do. Well all in all it ended well cause he was able to catch a cab to the venue (luckily) but i'm pretty sure he wont be late to the bus again. lol. The philadelphians were an awesome crowd the people were super cool and way responsive. I think I'd be stoked to visit here again just to visit it was a cool town. The only down fall was that it was freakin HOTTT hotter than any other town we've been too yet and the humidity was crazy. But the people made up for it they were all so stoked. It made it worth it. Dancey Dance guests were Ben Franklin and the

Philly Fanatic. I couldn't believe how many people were into the Fanatic. He got more love than Ben Franklin for sure.. Was a good dancer too.. Overall this town has been my favorite so far. The hotel, the people, the food, the shows it was just fun. I wish we could have been here just a little longer than the one day. But I feel lucky that at least i got to see some of it...Now were moving on to New Hampshire and we have the day off tomorrow. I'm gonna need to find a laundry mat my clothes are getting kinda nasty..

Have you ever wanted to sleep but just couldn't? Thats how i felt last night on the bus it was a long one but i just couldn't sleep. I think a few people on the bus couldn't sleep either. We pulled into Bristow Virginia at about 9 am this morning and basically spent the day at the Venue. It was a cool venue a lot bigger capcity than bethel woods. But super hot.. I about died on stage.. But things went well and now we're on to a Philadelphia. I can't wait cause we'll be sleeping in a hotel tonight...

Wow! Bethel Woods was in full effect today!!! Woke up returned the car to the rental and by ten am we were out of the Hotel and on our way to bethel woods. The crowd was amazing the venue was great and even had awesome showers lol sometimes thats all that matters.

The shows were a hit and felt really good. It was a definate good start to long tour.

Our musical guests today were Steel Train

HOLY crap these dudes are awesome and they're music is super rad... Really Really good shiz.. I definitely recommend picking up the album. They will be with us in VA as well and our next few shows. . They also wrote the song they played on stage, specifically for the Gabba tour. I think its just called "Its fun to dance!" Its really good though and the kids love it...

What was really cool was that

Tracey Bonham was our dancy dance guest You might remember her song "Mother Mother" from back in like 96 or 97, she was so dang cool i liked her a lot. She was really down to earth and super nice...I think that song was like the third song i ever learned on the guitar too.. She's got a new album out so yeah, check it out.. Man she was dope..

BIZ is back too. He hung with the kids and chilled at the VIP as well. The whole set up was pretty cool we had a good show and now we are on our way to Virginia. I'm litterally writing this in the my Bunk on the bus. Funny aye.

So yeah we did the two shows and now off to VA where we'll do the same thing tomorrow.. We have to sleep on the bus because the ride is so lengthly. Motion sickness may set in so i'm gonna go to sleep and since editing is such a pain I'm gonna add the video stuff from today, tomorrow, that way i don't go nuts trying to figure out how to get everything situated in here. Theres only so much space in a bus bunk. Plus I gotta sleep while i can.. No rest is no good..I've been feeling a little tired finally so i better react and go to sleep while i'm feelin it..

Went straight to Susan Today to give her my workers comp accident report about my ear. Then went to hertz rented a car and went to the urgent care. I'm super glad i did. The doctor found scaring on my ear and lacerations on the inside of my ear canal that had blistered and caused the broke in my ear. No wonder why my ear hurt... So a few prescriptions later my mind was more at ease. I have kinda been stressing over the thought of this problem worsening over the course of the tour but now I have a greater piece of mind. I'm stoked.

So after the docs appt. I went to the local Rite Aid (Not Reccomended) and ended up waiting for over two hours for them to fill my prescriptions bummer was they didn't even fill the whole thing so I had to run to another store --The Medicine Shoppe (Reccomended) and get it filled there. They did it quick and I made it back just in time for our 4pm call time for a Bethel Woods Pre Show Photo Shoot. It was rad because we actually got to take the Woodstock tour and check out the Museum. The photo shoot was cool too cause we actually took pics out on the hill where woodstock occured. Bethel Woods is beautiful the grounds are amazing and the hill is so green. I can't wait till tomorrow its gonna be so awesome. Day 1 of the performance days starts tomorrow. Wish us luck.. Oh dinner at the Liberty Diner and Restaurant was good too lol. Nighty Night time now.

My ear is still feeling crappy I tried to sleep it off last night but the pain just kept me rolling. Wish i had a magic pain go away button for this but so far nothing seems to be good enough.

Oh well. It was Load out day for the cast today and so we gathered up our stuff and headed out of stroudsburg. It was a good stay but i think we were all ready to go. BETHEL WOODS here we come.

We only drove a couple hours to get to our hotel here in Liberty NY. My first thought when we got here was dang my head is killing me so i looked up the closest urgent care place and its about 10 miles away when i called the cab place they said it would be 40 bucks one way so i was like screw that. I'll wait till we get somewhere closer or hopefully it will just heal itself and go away. I think we're gonna go bowling tonight for some small town fun but i'll show you more of what this place looks like tomorrow.

DAY OFF wooo wooo.. I know i should be celebrating but i've felt like crap all day long. My ear has been buggin me and i've been super extra tired all day so I spent my day just trying to recover instead of the usual party time! I did wake up in time for the breakfast again and that was good but after that the day was pretty much a lazy recovery day. I did however try to go to the hospital to get some help with my ear but when they said there was nothing that could be done about my situation I basically through in the towel on trying to get my ear fixed until i get to a town with a decent urgent care facility. I spoke with a nurse from my insurance company and she gave me some advice and some locations to look for so I can hit them up when we get into town. After my trek around town to try and find a solution i came back to the hotel with Lance and together we walked over to the Whole foods place. A good friend of mine mentioned some home remedies for ear problems and so i figured what the heck i'll give it a shot. On our way we were stopped twice by people who recognized Lance and wanted a picture, i didn't realize how much of a celebrity he truly is...Graceful too. He was super nice too each person and went out of his way to make their chance meeting as cool as it could be. Even offered to get them into the shows and signed and autographed poster cards for each of them. It was cool to actually be with him and see how he really handled fans. All i have to say is if i didn't already know him, I'd be super stoked to meet Dj Lance Rock for the first time..

When we got back lance mentioned that he might have a virus on his computer so I volunteered to help and after a little bit of trouble shooting we were able to combat the virus and destroy it from his computer (I wont lie i was pretty stoked that we figured out how to kill it. It made me feel computer saavy) After that I went out to eat with the gang at the Local pizza joint. Its really good I forgot the name of the place but they do really good brick fire pizza and everyone was stoked, after that I looked across the street and noticed a little book store so i decided to go have a looksie at what they had. Guess what they had the MOCKING JAY by Suzanne Collins the third and final book in the Hunger Games series I was so stoked I could barely contain myself.

Over the past few months i've kind of become a fanatic for this series so I really couldn't wait till it came out and I totally forgot until I happened to chance upon the book. I bought it without thinking twice. Funny thing is Its not supposed to be out for another couple days so i felt extremely lucky hahaha..Suckers I got mine before you all!!! Ha ha, I'm totally geeking out about this book because to me its that good. It kinda makes me want to say screw those vampire books, twilight sucks, its all about the hunger games...lol. So if you want a good read for the next few days go get Hunger Games, Catching Fire and Now MockingJay you wont be dissapointed..

The rest of the day I pretty much spent in my room leaving occasionally to eat but i don't feel so good and right now, this bed is my best friend and hopefully I can kick this ear thing in the butt and get it good and gone before we load onto the bus tomorrow and leave for Bethel Woods. I'm getting excited for the shows I just really hope i don't get too sick.. Man we havent even started yet.... I guess we'll see. Gnight.

I WOKE UP This morning to this song and I was totally taken back to 1985. I really did love this movie when it came out, and here we are in the future already and still no time flux capacitor?? What the heck man?...

It was a good day today. The first time i actually woke up on time for the free breakfast downstairs in the Lobby. I was pretty good they had a nice little spread with a waffle iron and mix you could make yourself. that was fun. We ate breakfast and then i went ahead and did my laundry. I was stoked about that. It hasn't been too often that we've had a hotel with a decent do it your self laundry facility, so this was awesome for me. I could do my laundry and not have to worry about having stanky clothes for the ride on the bus. It was also raining pretty hard today. Big raindrops not little sprinklets. So i was kinda dreading the walk to the theatre.

But before i took off there i ran to the little salon across the street from here to get a hair cut. Salon Evol. It was a cool little salon basically renovated from an old house into a hip lil hair joint. When they washed my hair there was a flat screen with big wave surfing for my viewing pleasure.. my kind of hair salon..Michael cut my hair he was quick too.. man i was pretty much in and out in like ten mins.. Good job too. I was stoked. Anyway i ran back to the hotel in the pouring rain and tried to figure out how i was gonna get from the hotel to the theatre with out having to get soaked in the process and the sweet lil desk clerk girl offered me a ride. Elated i was so of course I took her up on her offer. I gave her a ten dollar tip and when i got back to my hotel room tonight she had put it in an envelope and gave it back to me. Dang cool people now i'm gonna have to figure out a way to pay her back for the ride. I'll figure something out.

Rehearsal was good the time went by fast today and the performances from my view looked great so i'm excited only a few more days before we open in Bethel woods.

It's Sunday!!! Here in stroudsburg the rain was sprinkling and it was so peaceful. I woke up around 8:30am and lucky for me our call time wasn't until 1:00pm so i was able to go to church!! wahoo. I went to the Stroudburg ward cause it was only about a mile a way and the walk was so beautiful. Like i said the it was sprinkling slightly but it was a warm sprinkle. Super peaceful and definately rejuvinating to my spirit. As i was walking I couldn't help but be reminded of my mission, i was taken back thinking about walking in similar neigborhoods in ohio, trees and greenery everywhere, super beautiful this time of year when its green and plush despite the humidity. It made me really fond of that opportunity. The ward was nice and the people were cool. I mostly enjoyed the sacrament. It was really good,(but there's no place like home) I was stoked to be this far away from home and still able to enjoy it in the same way,... and get this Stroudsburg ward is in the Scranton Stake!! ha!! No i didn't see steve correll. Or anyone from Dunder Mifflin. but i could have sworn dwight drove past me on the walk back home.... Whats really cool is that all of our buildings are similar so for a split second, walking through the halls felt like being at home. Needless to say i left feeling really happy and peaceful. It made me miss my little family my wife and son. Love you guys...

The rest of the day went rather smoothly. For lunch i ate frozen burritos i bought from Wally Mart and then for dinner I did it again. I guess I'm just trying to live frugally while i'm here. We rehearsed for the remainder of the day and both run throughs went really well. Every day we get a little tighter and a little more on the ball. But i get nervous every time i realize that our first show will be on friday!!! i'm stoked its gonna be a good time just a little nervous. After rehearsal i was passing a Starbucks and I saw an open mic going on. So of course i walked in and signed up. It was fun the people were super cool and the guy who ran it was really talented as well. So if your ever in Stroudsburg on a sunday night Hit up the Open mic at the starbucks on main st. cool people, cool vibe, super welcoming and I even jammed a little after ward.. I like small towns.. Its 10 pm now and i can barely keep my eyes open but i'll do a song before i go to bed. K cool here it is..

At 5:30am today we were already up and at em by that I mean completely loaded in the vans and off to FOX. We were all pretty grumpy this morning including myself. But it comes with the territory. We had a 6am soundcheck and then we waited in the green room till about 9 am to do the first teaser.

It was cool though because they got us the full on breakfast spread from au bon pain so we ate and talked and chilled and watched tv until we suited up and went out for the teaser. The show was fun to do today because we shot everything outside and when we got there there was a crowd of people already out and waiting and kids even got fully costumed and stuff to be fans and stuff. Times like that I really enjoy. Plus the fact that we did it outside made it a great change of atmosphere It felt good to be out in the open rather than inside a studio. Oh and David and I got to do the weather. All in all the appearance I think was a success and in my opinion the funnest news spot we’ve done this trip. .

We are currently heading back to stroudsbergh now to continue with the Tech Rehearsals until next week so I’m also glad for the opportunity we have to stay in one place for the next little while. It should be good. So the rest of the dy went well we basically just ran the show over and over. I think today went way better than yesterday and things well be great. I think that the show is coming together a little at a time again and that by the time we roll out of here its gonna be solid. I think i'll go to bed early tonight. I'm tired.. So good night..

Welcome to Stroudsberg…

So after KPIX yesterday we Loaded into the Vans and Took off to Stroudsberg where we are teching at the Sherman Theatre

It’s a cool little town it’s quaint and is really quite Mid-western feeling. We rolled in at about noon to the Hampton inn and then headed over to the theatre for the first company meeting. The reality set in that we will be gone for a good 4 months when we were all given tour guide books they are thick and have all the details we need to make sure we survive the tour. Our first day of rehearsal was super chill we basically just ran the show and they let us go to get settled in to our hotel. It was funny cause as soon as I hit the bed I fell asleep and forgot that I requested a refridgerator for the room, so when the maint. dudes came with the fridge I was totally out of it. They probably thought I was drunk or something cuz I couldn’t even speak right and I was still dizzy from getting up too fast. The guy gave me compliments on the show and told me to get some rest and I was so out of it that I forgot to give him a tip..I tried to find him later but he had already gone home by the time I was out looking.. So I’ll have to find him later..The rest of the night was super chill. I got lost in the forest trying to find Target and had to be given directions by a guy on a farm to find my way back. I got what I needed eventually and then went to dinner at the Sarah St. Grille in town it was pretty good. The town is small so there’s not that many options within walking distance but its all good I like It when I got back to the room I fell asleep fast and woke up today at 11:30 am. I haven’t slept like that in forever. I actually felt kind of guilty for some reason, I guess I’ve just become used to getting up early with my kid or doing all these early morning appearances. So today I felt little weird about it.
Our call time wasn’t till 2pm (stoked!!!!) So Josh and I walked the mile to Walmart so we could pick up some stuff and I guess witness a little more of the town. On our way we went into the local skate shop and requested Yo Gabba Gabba Vans

he said he would try and get some in but that they wont be available till next spring, I must admit that I want them in adult sizes cause I really want a pair.

Rehearsal was awesome, aside from the fact that I was a puddle of sweat, literally, I had to try a new method of sweat protection and I think it had the reverse affect we were going for, I was so soaked in my own liquid that it was literally dripping like a faucet out of my sleeves and leggings and when I rang my shirt out it was like sqeezing citrus fruit and watching the liquid fall to the catch. Lol it was pretty bad…But the show is gonna rock!!! I’m so excited to get to share it with all these new cities and people. I really hope I can make it worth it for all the folks who come out and see it.
After that run thru our cast got to go straight back to the hotel because in the morning we are doing another press event in Manhattan. So we came back to the hotel showered up and were into the vans and headed on our way back to the NYC for some morning press. We’re staying at the same hotel as we did a few days ago the Amsterdam Court on 50th and Broadway, pretty much in the heart of the city. Its cool I’ve had good rooms both times. Tomorrow we rise at 5:30am not fun, but worth it. When will I ever get the chance to have this awesome experience again? I dunno not sure, so for now I’m trying to love every moment of it the good and the bad. I hope you guys do too.. See ya’ tomorrow.

I finally fell asleep once again at an awful hour. It was like 3 or 4 am or something but I did get a song recorded and another one filmed. By the time I finally did get my eyes to close it was already time to get up 6am bright and early to do another press spot. This one was at News Kpix on the CW network.

It took me a min to recognize her because the last reccolection I had of her was that she was the little tomboy dancer in all the Missy Elliot videos. After I realized who it was I was a little starstruck but she was a sweet heart and related to the fact that I was a sweaty mess. She was just finishing up her press juncket for the new camp rock disney movie and was saying that being a dancer she could relate to the fact that we were sweaty and nasty. She gave us props for playing the venues we’re playing (I was thinking to myself..what a nice person she’s giving us props even she’s done way bigger things.) Some people are just cool like that, humble and stuff she was totally like that, so was Rain and I guess all the folks over at Kpix. Actually now that I think about it everyone we have met so far on this weeks press junct. has been super cool. Lance’s interview a with Jill went great and now we are on our way to our first day of Tech Rehearsals in Stroudsburgh Pennsylvania. I’m excited we’ll see how it goes.

Day 2

What a day! What a day ! What a day! Last night I didn’t fall asleep till 3:30am only to have to wake up at 5:30am so that I could shower up and be ready for the commute over to Regis and Kelly. I was sooo tired... but made it and actually was the first one to the lobby... Go figure. Everyone eventually made it though and we were off to do some performing on Live with Regis and Kelly on ABC. We were all stoked and the show went super well.

Maggie Gyllenhaal was also the special guest on the show today and so needless to say we had a great time. She was super cool. From Regis we hopped back into the Vans and headed over to the Chelsea Market to do a spot with Shelly Goldberg for NY one

It was cool we basically walked around and said hello to the folks eating at the Market. Kids freaked out parents laughed and we had fun just trying not to step on anyone. After the roughing it in chelsea market we all had an awesome lunch at Dos Caminos in Soho. That place is so good. I always get the chicken quesadilla and the guacamole is absolutely amazing. Thanks to Mike Luba from S2bn-ent. our bellies were filled and tastebuds completely satisfied..Following lunch we had a little two hour break. So lance myself and cory set out to find some Mac stuff for our ipods and computers, Lance got a new 150 gig ipod and then we spent the rest of the time trying to hop into taxis that wouldn't take us. Taxi's are stupid in New York they won't pick you up if your located somewhere too far. It would cramp their tips. So ultimately we ended up catching the subway. The subways are good though so i'm glad we took it. Of course it wasn't long until we were on our way on to another press junket and this time it was again super fun. We did a photo shoot On the marquee at the RadioCityMusicHall where we will be playing in October. The awesome thing was that MGMT was playing to a sold out crowd later on so they took pics with us on the Marquee and then invited us to accompany them on stage later that night...About that.. I can really only say.. Holy Crap!!! it was freaking awesome. We of course accepted the invite and two hours later found ourselves screaming with all the other thousands of MGMT fans in the venue and then topping off the night with dancing along side them on the stage to their song KIDS... The venue went crazy and the show was booooooyah!!! Freakin Rad Dude.

As of right Now I've stayed way up past my bedtime and as you can tell by the way I look while singing this song I am completely exhausted we have another press op tomorrow at 6 in the am and so I probably should get into bed. Don't worry though here is song two and i'll be back tomorrow. Bye.

Gabba Tour- Day 1

So I woke up pretty early this morning. Even though today is really Sharla's birthday we celebrated last night because I had to leave for This four month tour today. Last night we did the celebrating at Outback Steak House. MMM.. then wen to the the new cheap movies in brea and saw A-Team. Action movies stress me out (A-TEAM was no exception) I think my abs are sore today from all the butt squeezing anxiety that movie gave me. I struggle with action movies i guess. Any ways. Woke up early like i said and packed up my life in an hour basically. Wished my lovely wife a happy birthday and she and cooper dropped me off at LAX. I think i got in the slowest baggage line at the airport but it worked out cause i didn't have any waiting time before i had to board the plane. I basically just ran to the terminal and boarded my flight. I was placed in the very back row of the plane. Which was cool. Everyone else made it nice and smooth and flight was really nice. I met a neat person named Sharon from Korea. She told me about her travels and i was entertained. I love meeting people on planes On the last plane trip i took I a met a really cool person from costa rica and they offered their lodging if i ever wanted to visit. Plane flights are full of cool people with different stories, Of course today i shared our story with my new found flight freind and she was also entertained. It made the flight go by quickly. When we got here it was freakinn hott and humid!!! Welcome to NYC. We basically piled into the vans and drove to our Hotel. We are here at the Amsterdam Court on 50th just outside the heart of TIme Square. Its a nice lil hotel room. We went to dinner at TGI fridays but i opted out and went to Subway, Cheaper, faster, healthier and less of a check hassle. It was a good decision I was stoked. After dinner basically came back to the hotel and now getting ready for tomorrow. REGIS and KELLY--- very cool. I'm excited.. Hopefully i won't screw it up.

Super Big Gulps

I was the youngest of 4 boys. The baby. Which in some cases had its advantages. Growing up, i think i was the most spoiled of all the brothers. I think I might have been the "oops baby" because i was five years younger than the brother before me and each of other three were only one year apart. Being the last one on the line, that far apart from the rest meant i couldn't go and do things they went to do, i couldn't hang out with them, It would cramp their style. But they were good brothers. Aside from the swirlies and weggies they really taught me how to hold my own. Back to the advantages of being the baby... So when we were little, the family business was of course YARD WORK!!! Landscaping, grass cutting, weed pulling, lawn watering, bush cutting, etc. etc and of course Dads staff was his boys. This is where the advantage kicked in. I'm sure they resented me for being the youngest because i can even remember doing this to them. The day would start early so that it would still be cool while we cut the lawns. Dad would pull into the apt complex we would service weekly and the boys and mom would begin the arduous task of re- beautifying the property. This was my opportunity to use my "baby" status to my advantage... Knowing full well the long day ahead I would escape to the Managers apt. They had a son my age and if I was lucky they would be home. If they were home that meant i could play the day away and not have to pull a single weed. If not on the other hand, i was stuck doing the weeding with mom. I remember some of those day. I complained hard, on purpose, i tried to do the weed pulling but found it easier to complain until they sent me to the play ground. I always felt a little bit guilty at the end of the day which is funny considering i was so young, but i did. One day in particular i remember that instead of playing at the apts the manager took us (his son and me) to a water park for the day. I got back to the complex and my brothers were all muddy and covered with grass stains and dirt boots. I felt really guilty but i shewed the guilt away justifying that I didn't get to do the things they got to do. There were several days like that for me. I dont think i appreciated the payoff as much as my brothers and of course didn't really care. I remember dads words "If everythings good I'll treat you to" Super Big Gulps!" My brothers faces said it all...and there was always a sarcastic "Yay" reply. Basically if the lawns were done well Dads wage was a trip to the 7/11. To my brothers it was shangrilah, it meant the day was really over. To me it was just another free slurpee.
Man... I was the spoiled one.

Intro to an outgoing introspect (I'm Clever)

Why is it always so hard to come up with the first line when ever I write? Could it be that I always wanna come up with some predictably cliche ways of starting off a paragraph? Ah Probably... Oh well at any rate, I guess i just want to write about myself. You know to give my family, friends and associates a peek into my life(not to mention i'm a little self centered and probably more than slightly egotistical)oh well. I'm always coming up with ideas that i hope will (but never do) come into fruition, you know, like starting a business or traveling to Mexico or Going on a treasure hunt...All the normal things indeed, and then I find myself doing things that I hope are beneficial for my life and my family that will hopefully have an impact on society(for the better that is). I suppose i just wanna leave my little mark on the earth before I die and I suppose everyone else has the same desire to some degree. So here it is, another attempt to add to that desire... A glimpse into my incessantly melodic mind.
